RF Microneedling

Microneedling RF is a device-based rejuvenation method in which fine needles and radiofrequency energy act on the skin at the same time. The needles penetrate to a precisely set depth, and in the heating zones collagen fibres contract while the production of new collagen and elastin is activated. As a result, the skin becomes firmer and more elastic, and the appearance of wrinkles, enlarged pores, post-acne marks and uneven texture is reduced. The procedure is suitable for the face, neck, décolleté and other areas that show signs of ageing, decreased skin tone or post-acne changes. This method allows for targeted treatment of specific skin concerns and improves overall skin quality by remodelling the deeper collagen framework

The treatment is performed with Morpheus8, an advanced fractional RF device widely regarded as the gold standard in aesthetic medicine. The working component is a single-use sterile cartridge with a matrix of gold-plated microneedles, insulated along their full length with only the tip exposed. This delivers energy precisely at the selected depth while keeping the surface layers protected. Depth is adjustable from 1 to 4 mm on the face and up to 7 mm on the body, with an additional thermal zone of roughly 1 mm around each point. For body areas, Burst mode delivers energy to several levels within a single cycle, reaching deeper tissue without repeated passes. The device is FDA-cleared and CE-marked. Each cartridge is opened in front of the patient and used only once. Afterward, the skin is cooled with a dedicated cryo handpiece to reduce swelling and make recovery more comfortable.

Recovery

Immediately after the procedure, redness, mild swelling and pinpoint marks from micro-needles may appear and usually persist from several hours up to about 3 days
On the day of treatment: avoid touching the face with unwashed hands, do not rub the skin and do not apply aggressive products
During the recovery period, avoid sauna, steam room, hot baths and intense workouts; use a high-SPF sunscreen
Do not undergo peels or other traumatic procedures until the skin has fully recovered
Use soothing and reparative skincare products as recommended by your practitioner
