Vela Shape vacuum roller massage is a device-based body contouring and cellulite treatment in which vacuum, mechanical massage and deep heating act on the tissues at the same time. The handpiece gently draws in a skin fold, kneads and works through the tissues, which enhances microcirculation, lymphatic drainage and metabolic activity in the fat layer. Gradually, the appearance of “orange peel” skin is reduced, volume in problem areas decreases, and the skin becomes smoother and firmer. The procedure uses a vacuum-roller massage device that combines four modes of action: bipolar radiofrequency, infrared radiation, vacuum, and mechanical roller massage. The vacuum and rollers gently grasp and knead the tissue, enhancing blood circulation and lymphatic drainage. Infrared light warms the superficial layers of the skin, while radiofrequency energy conducts heat deeper, enhancing metabolic processes and tissue oxygenation.
